Our story
White Rose is a hotel and a restaurant on the seafront at Olympiaki Akti, and the same family has always run both. There is no management company above us and no head office to ring. The people who own the place are the ones who check you in, cook your fish and clear your table.
That is also why the fourteen rooms are all furnished differently. They were done one at a time, as the family got to them, rather than fitted out in a single contract. Every one has a balcony, and depending on your floor it looks at the sea or turns inland towards Olympus.

Hospitality
You arrive here as a guest of the family, not as a customer of a chain. That is the whole idea, and it has not changed.
Service
The people who own the hotel are the people at reception, in the kitchen and on the terrace. Ask any of them and it gets sorted.
Cleanliness
Fourteen rooms is a number a family can keep properly clean, every day, without cutting corners. It is the reason we have stayed small.
The guest book has been out on the desk for years, and people keep filling it in on their way home, in whatever language they arrived with.
